Marian has been a Wilmington resident for over 30 years, so she has extensive and useful knowledge about the place you may want to call home. If you have any questions about Wilmington and the surrounding area, it's nice to know she's there with the answers.
Graduating with an Education degree from the University of North Carolina/Wilmington, Marian was an accomplished school teacher in both public and private schools. Since she was reared in a family of real estate professionals, she decided to carry on the tradition and obtained her North Carolina Real Estate License in 1991.
She's been busy ever since. Marian is a multi-million dollar producer for Coldwell Banker Seacoast Realty, demonstrating professional excellence in everything from broker responsibilities to expertise in 1031 tax deferred property transactions. Her many real estate industry accreditations include memberships in the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Real Estate Association and the National Association of Realtors, among others. The National Association of Realtors has rated her an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and she had also become a Certified E-Marketing Specialist (CMS).
Marian is married to Wilmington Business Consultant Bo Burch and the couple has a son and two lively daughters. With whatever spare time she has, you're likely to see Marian out on the tennis courts competing on the USTA level or volunteering for many community projects.

Karen has been selling real estate for 7 years, originally in the Minneapolis, MN area and most recently here in Wilmington. She has extensive experience working with all types of residential real estate clients from first time home buyers to luxury home buyers and sellers. If you have any questions about the Wilmington area, Karen is ready to assist you!
Graduating with a Bachelors of Arts degree, in fashion merchandising, Karen worked in the retail industry for 20 yrs, as a merchandiser and merchandise buyer, travelling and negotiating for the best products and pricing. Wanting to start her own business, she obtained her Minnesota Real Estate License in 2001.
Karen is married to Doug Kaiser, an Eastern North Carolina Business Consultant and lives in the Ogden area. Whenever Karen has a free moment you will usually find her at Pine Valley Country Club, working on her golf game. Karen is also very interested in the community projects and is an avid supporter of the Arts, ready and willing to volunteer when her time allows.
